Back-office
- eRx signing: Clinicians can now view a list of eRx prescriptions and approve them by e-signing, allowing clients to purchase pharmaceuticals.

- Re-order protocols in protocol groups: Clinicians can now easily drag and drop protocols to reorder them within a protocol group.
- Membership status updates: New status options, "Cancelled" and "Suspended," have been added to memberships, providing admins with better client management capabilities.

Medusa
- Thumbnail reload errors: Fixed issues related to reloading thumbnails for products and variants.
Back-office
- Medusa sync issues: Resolved syncing problems between Medusa and Back-office to ensure updates are accurately reflected when changes occur in Medusa.
- Follow-up letter update: The closing "Sincerely" has been moved to a new line for improved formatting.
Known Issues:
Medusa
- Save order issue: Options may not save in the correct order when saved for the first time.
- Duplicate combination issue: Admins cannot save a product if a duplicate combination is selected, even after making changes.
Back-office
- E-prescription transmission issue: Unable to transmit an e-prescription when a product option is deleted in Medusa.
For Clients
Enhancements:
Mobile Application
- Human support option: Clients can now request additional support during a conversation by contacting a supporter.
- Shipping notice: A notification has been added to inform clients that shipping to P.O. boxes is not supported.
Bug Fixes:

- Duplicate protocols fix: Resolved the issue where protocols were being duplicated when added to a health plan.
