Release Date

20th January 2026

For Clinicians

Care Portal

Enhancements:

  • More reliable Healthie form syncing: Form syncing now uses unique IDs instead of names across resellers, significantly improving accuracy and eliminating mismatches caused by duplicate or renamed forms.

  • Richer clinical context in notes: SOAP notes now include appointment details such as start time, end time, duration, giving stronger documentation continuity.

  • Smarter state-based scheduling routes: Allowed visit types now fully respect synchronous-only states, ensuring the correct scheduling path and force-sync templates are always available.

  • Automatic basic plan fallback: If a client hasn’t booked a consultation within 14 days, a basic optimization plan is now automatically sent — ensuring no one gets stuck without guidance.

  • Expanded testing protocol setup: Clinicians can now create testing protocols to recommend additional lab tests, enabling more proactive and personalized care.

For Clients

Mobile Application

Enhancements:

  • Shop qualifiers fixed and strengthened: Shop eligibility rules are now working as intended, ensuring clients only see and purchase products that truly fit their profile.

  • Clear no-show guidance during appointments: If a clinician hasn’t joined after 10 minutes, clients now see a no-show modal — setting expectations clearly and reducing uncertainty.

  • Simpler plan-to-product experience: The one-protocol-to-one-product mapping is now fully reflected across Plan and Shop, creating a clearer, more intuitive purchase journey.

  • Smoother sign-up experience: Mobile sign-up has been refreshed to align with the latest web experience, reducing friction and improving first impressions.

  • Ad-hoc consult booking unlocked: Clients can now book advanced care question consultations directly from Care — offering fast access when questions go beyond routine guidance.

  • Test SMS clearly labeled: Messages sent to test accounts now begin with “[TEST]”, making it easy to distinguish testing communications from real client outreach.
