  • Appointment type updates: All appointment types have been refreshed with the latest improvements, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a smoother scheduling workflow.

  • Email footnotes and logo updated: Footnotes and logo quality in emails have been refreshed for a more professional and polished communication experience.

  • Status label clarified: Appointment status previously labeled “No-show” is now “Incomplete,” providing a clearer, client-friendly indication of missed visits.

  • Book ad-hoc consultations: Clients can now schedule ad-hoc consultations to address advanced care questions, connecting directly with the right clinician when needed.

  • Vertical product flow refinement: Before purchasing vertical products, clients are prompted to complete the relevant initial form, ensuring eligibility and a personalized experience.
