Care Portal

Enhancements:

  • Richer protocol guidance: Guidelines now include more options, and all focus areas feature a new “When to do” field with timing guidance.

  • Improved care plan clarity: “Optimization plans” have been renamed to “Care plans” across the platform and email communications for clearer, more patient-friendly language.

  • More powerful Care portal controls: Table usability has been enhanced with persistent row preferences, improved layouts, and expanded qualifier templates including biological sex and age.

  • Enhanced integrations & reliability: Healthie integrations have been strengthened with updated authentication, improved form buttons, and corrected Optimization Plan delivery logic.

  • Streamlined reseller & product management: Admins can manage Junction providers more flexibly, filter products more effectively in Shop, and better align Medusa product categories with the Care Portal.

  • Cleaner system details: Reseller phone numbers have been removed from invoices and system surfaces, and dynamic reseller landing pages are now configurable for app downloads.

Enhancements:

  • Clearer and more informative results: Non-returned biomarkers are now clearly marked as Conditional, and out-of-range biomarkers include helpful descriptions so you can better understand what your results mean.

  • Smoother intake and eligibility flow: Updates to Medical Weight Loss and Rx intake forms improve option selection, remove unnecessary insurance checks, and guide you to the most appropriate care modality (synchronous or asynchronous).

  • Smarter insurance uploads: The app now detects blurry insurance card images and prompts you to re-capture or re-upload, helping avoid delays caused by unreadable documents.

  • Improved care access & communication: You can now receive support messages from Zoho, book callbacks after a 72-hour no-response window, and see clearer “Need help” guidance directly on order details.

  • More predictable plans & timelines: Plan duration text has been standardized for clarity, and Optimization Plans are now generated accurately and consistently.

  • Refined shop & appointment experience: Shop updates based on recent feedback improve usability, and appointment booking now clearly indicates when no slots are available or automatically selects the nearest option.
