Enhancements:

Back-office

  • Health plan module: Clinicians can now access and manage all health plans separately, without needing to navigate through the appointments module. The system also supports health plans that don’t require telehealth visits, offering more flexibility in management.
  • Organization details: The organization status is now visible on the details page, with updated CTA buttons that simplify and enhance the management process.

Bug Fixes:

  • Health plan activation: The issue of health plans terminating immediately upon activation has been resolved. Health plans now activate properly and remain active as intended.
  • Follow-up letter updates: Health coach information has been removed from follow-up letters, ensuring clearer and more effective communication.

For Clients

Enhancements:

Web

  • Google & Apple login: Clients can now log in seamlessly using their Google or Apple accounts, eliminating the need to remember usernames or passwords, making access quicker and easier.
  • Order history: Historical purchase records can now be viewed directly on the website, providing clients with easy access to their past transactions.

Mobile Application

  • Invoice update: Invoices now include organization coverage details, ensuring that the paid amount is reflected correctly and transparently.
  • Stakeholder feedback: Feedback from the previous deployment has been addressed, with improvements made to the registration flow for a smoother user experience.
  • New membership tiers: Two membership tiers—Standard and Plus—offer greater flexibility, allowing clients to choose the best fit for their needs.

Bug Fixes:

  • Email content: Email content has been updated to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date, providing clients with the correct details every time.
