Back-office
- Failure payment suspension restriction: A validation has been added to prevent mistakenly re-enabling clients suspended due to failed payments. This reduces human error and ensures more accurate management of employee benefits.
- AI-generated follow-up letter body: Clinicians can now save time with AI-generated follow-up letter content, which will be sent alongside the health plan. This streamlines the approval process, allowing clinicians to review and finalize letters in just minutes.
Bug Fixes:
- Objective (SOAP) generation stability: Fixed bugs affecting Objective generation in chart notes. A new button has also been added, allowing clinicians to re-generate Objective content if needed, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
For Clients
Enhancements:
Web
- Subscription info: Clients can now view and manage their subscription status directly on the website, enhancing accessibility across devices.
Mobile Application
- Mobile lab draw booking: Clients in select areas can now book mobile lab draws for greater convenience. Additionally, "blood test" has been renamed to "lab test" across the platform to better reflect available testing options, including urine tests.
- Subscription status: Clients will now get updated immediately if their membership is suspended or canceled, keeping them informed every step of the way.
Bug Fixes:
- UI updates: The banner has been removed to align with the latest offer, and membership layout issues caused by long text have been resolved.
- Payment billing cycle updates: The payment cycle now correctly aligns with each membership tier.
