- User management updates: State license numbers just got easier to manage. We've removed case sensitivity and now auto-correct capitalization — reducing friction and improving data consistency.
- Health plan: The Health plan experience just got smarter with several key upgrades:
- Rearranged Focus areas for better clarity
- New Client activity section added for better engagement tracking
- Streamlined intake info: removed redundant fields and added missing ones
- Updated SOAP format for a cleaner, more structured workflow
Bug Fixes:
- Appointment booking flow: Resolved multiple bugs to ensure a smooth, frustration-free experience for clients when scheduling appointments.
- Telehealth: Improved virtual visits by fixing background-switching glitches and ensuring visit transcripts are saved properly for future reference.

Mobile Application
- Email reminders upgraded: Clients will now receive clear, timely reminders when lab results are ready and it’s time to book their appointment — and we’ve improved the logic so reminders stop once the appointment is booked.
- Lab appointment status added: A new lab status feature helps clients track where they are in the lab process — setting clear expectations and reducing uncertainty.
- Health intake UX improvements: We've added insurance-related questions and improved navigation — now, if an intake update is needed mid-process, clients are guided directly to the form instead of hitting a dead end.
Bug Fixes:
- Several UI bug fixes: Polished and smoothed out for a cleaner, more reliable app experience.
