- New statuses and action button added to appointments: Appointment management just got sharper with 2 new statuses — No-show and Out of state — plus a clear primary action button for faster navigation.
- SOAP notes synced for no-show and out-of-state cases: Chart notes now flow seamlessly into Healthie, keeping records accurate even when clients miss or can’t attend an appointment.
- RN notes charted and synced automatically: Every support call captured by RNs is now logged as a chart note and synced to Healthie, ensuring no care details are lost.
- Provider details improved: Activation links now include gender and timezone, creating smoother onboarding and better personalization.
- Updated range wording in health visits: Instead of “out of range,” results now show “above range” or “below range,” making insights clearer and more client-friendly.
Bug Fixes:
- Corrected date display for chart notes: Generated dates now display accurately, helping clinicians trust and track their notes with confidence.

- Consultation booking expanded: Clients can now book appointments even when they are outside their residence state when licensed clinicians are available, increasing access to care.
- AI coach smarter and more connected: Clients can now receive and reply to support messages directly in the app, create tickets quickly from Care, and enjoy more conversational answers with regularly refreshed hotkeys.
- Direct phone support available: When questions fall outside AI Coach’s knowledge, clients can now connect directly to the care team via phone call for clear, reliable answers to medical concerns.
