Back Office

  • Whole health intake form updated: The intake form has been reimported to include revised allergic questions, ensuring more accurate and comprehensive data collection from clients.
  • Expanded food management tools: You can now duplicate, delete, and manage status for food items directly in Settings — making food data updates faster and more flexible.
  • Mailgun SMTP setup for resellers: Admins can now configure Mailgun SMTP credentials per reseller, allowing each partner to send emails from their own designated support address for a consistent branded experience.
  • New fitness score condition for qualifiers: The Fitness score has been added as a conditional field in Health qualifier templates, providing more tailored and intelligent health recommendations.
  • Preconditions for Shop purchases: Admins and clinicians can now define preconditions to control product eligibility in the Shop, ensuring clients only access products that align with their health plans and needs.
  • Improved internal comments: Fixes to the Health plan’s internal comment field ensure that clinician notes are saved and displayed reliably.
  • Healthie sync improvements: Updates to SOAP and RN note syncing now accurately reflect patient state location and include a direct chart note link, ensuring clinical documentation stays consistent between systems.

  • Rescheduled appointments logic refined: The sync process now updates existing appointments (instead of duplicating) when a reschedule occurs, keeping Healthie and Welle perfectly aligned.

Mobile App

  • Smarter greeting by timezone: Your home screen greeting now adjusts based on your local timezone, offering a more personalized and welcoming experience no matter where you are.
  • Shop access for non-members: Non-members can now browse and purchase products directly from the Shop — bringing health optimization access to everyone, with smooth navigation and secure checkout.
  • Product order refinement: The product order within each category in the Shop has been refined for better browsing flow and discoverability.
  • AI coach navigation improved: Jumping to your Care support ticket list from the AI Coach is now more seamless — reducing steps and improving response follow-up.
  • Results page refinements: Minor UI bugs in Results have been fixed, ensuring a more consistent and readable experience.
  • Improved SMS experience: SMS notifications have been refined for a specific program, improving clarity and tone.
