Enhancements:

Back Office

  • Rx purchase flow configuration per reseller: Admins and reseller managers can configure the client flow after Rx purchases.

  • State availability configuration: Admins can define which testing and pharmacetical protocols (and their sync modality) a state can sell.

  • Whole Health Intake update: Added a new question: “What are your health goals?” to align with updated signup flows.

  • Ad-hoc consult appointment configuration: Admins can configure availability of ad-hoc consult visit types.

  • Application name configuration in Resellers: “Application name” field has been split into long and short names for improved branding control.

  • Testing protocol creation: Admins/managers can create testing protocols to suggest extra lab tests.

Bug Fixes

  • Health visit fix: 

    • Product display: Ensures all products display correctly even if more than 20 are associated with a protocol.

    • Internal comments: Internal comments now save and display correctly.

  • Employer product dropdown fix: Product dropdown now displays fully under Employer > Covered product.

  • Vertical (Rx) protocols introduction:

    • Product checkout with preconditions: Shop and Plan now automatically apply the right eligibility checks for Rx products, ensuring every purchase is safe, tailored, and aligned with your health needs.

    • Rx intake: After purchasing an Rx product, you’ll be guided through a quick intake to confirm eligibility, keeping your care personalized and clinically sound.

  • Insurance eligibility question added: You can now easily indicate whether you have insurance coverage, helping us streamline your experience and prepare the right next steps.

  • Improved results labeling: Your lab results now show “above range” or “below range” to give you clearer, more intuitive insights at a glance.

  • Enhanced Care navigation: AI Coach now connects you more directly to your open Care support requests, making it easier to follow up and stay supported.

  • Order tracking & fulfillment updates: You can now track your orders, from fulfillment to shipping, right inside the app, giving you transparent updates every step of the way.

  • Outstanding action items updated: Your to-do list now reflects the latest logic for lab draws, consultations, and other paid services so you always know exactly what’s next.

  • Updated signup flow: Our refreshed mobile signup experience now matches the new web-app version, making your first steps with Welle smoother and more intuitive.
