For Clinicians & Admins

New Features:

Back-office

  • Create Weno accounts for clinicians: Clinicians invited to the Welle app can now register for a Weno account, enabling them to generate e-prescriptions.
  • Mapping products between Welle and Weno: This new feature streamlines the e-prescription process by automatically mapping products, eliminating the need for clinicians to map them manually.

Enhancements:

Back-office

  • Display protocol photos based on selected product variants: Protocol photos will now be shown according to the chosen product variants.
  • Display matching biomarkers for health plans: When creating a health plan, all relevant biomarkers based on the protocol’s conditions will be displayed. This helps clinicians quickly identify if a protocol is unsuitable based on the biomarkers alone.

Email Notifications

  • Updated membership cancellation email: The email template for membership cancellation has been updated for clarity and visual improvement, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.

Known Issues:

  • Hard-coded diagnosis and quantity fields in e-prescriptions.
  • Issues with photo syncing between Medusa and the back-office site.

For Clients

New Features:

Mobile Application

  • AI coach functionality: The new AI coach feature offers 24/7 support for clients, answering all healthcare-related questions.
  • Profile editing: Users can now update their profile, including changing their avatar, name, date of birth, residence, and more.
  • Wearable data sync: Clients can now sync data from their health providers, including body composition, sleep data, activity data, heart rate, and workout data, directly into the Welle app.
  • Reconnect with health providers: If a disconnection occurs, users can now reconnect with their health providers to restore their data sync.

Storefront

  • View product photos by variant: Clients can now view product photos specific to the selected variant, rather than viewing all photos at once.

Enhancements:

Mobile Application

  • Updated introduction flow with access code: To support D2B clients, users will now need an access code to register with Welle.

Bug Fixes:

  • App Store feedback: Addressed issues raised by the App Store to ensure smooth app resubmission.
  • Fix for Ferritin result display: Resolved display issues for Ferritin results to ensure accurate viewing.

Known Issues:

  • Tax calculation issue: Tax is not calculated correctly when clients don’t have a default shipping address set.
  • Access code issue: Clients can still register using Google and Apple without entering an access code.
  • Chat history access: Clients are unable to view chat history once their membership becomes invalid.
