Improved prescription synchronization: MWL prescriptions created by the OpenLoop team are now synced back to Welle, along with prescription notes from Healthie—keeping records consistent across systems.
Better client data visibility: Client biomarker views now display Conditional status and values consistently with the mobile experience, improving clarity when reviewing lab results.
More flexible reseller management: Clinicians created in Welle can now remain assigned to resellers, enabling them to oversee reseller operations and client data more effectively.
Customizable health scoring labels: Admins can now customize the name of the WelleScore for each reseller, allowing better alignment with partner branding.
Faster troubleshooting for lab draws: Lab draw appointments now include a direct link to the corresponding Junction order, helping teams investigate and resolve issues more efficiently.

Faster mobile performance: WebView loading has been optimized, delivering a smoother and faster experience when accessing web-based content inside the mobile app.
Clearer results insights: Results now display ABO blood group and age correctly. Tooltips have also been added to explain biomarker counters for each status, helping you better understand your health data at a glance.
Simplified navigation and wording: The Appointments section has been renamed to Visits, and a new Imaging tab has been added to better organize diagnostic services.
Improved protocol check-ins: You can now tap directly on the to-do item status icon in your plan to check in to a protocol, making it quicker and easier to track your progress.
Refined shopping experience: Test and scan product pages now focus on essential information by removing unnecessary images, keeping the product details cleaner and easier to read.
Smarter intake flows: When accessing intake forms through the Shop, the completion page will no longer appear unnecessarily, ensuring a smoother purchase and onboarding experience.
Flexible care access: Clients can now choose the appropriate care modality—synchronous or asynchronous—based on their state eligibility and intake responses.
More responsive support options: Ad-hoc consultations for advanced care questions can now be booked directly from Care, providing faster access to clinical support.
