Release Notes - v25.1.24-b314

Release Date

24th January 2025

For Clinicians & Admins

New Features:

  • Nutrient & nutraceutical formula settings: Add the ability to set up a nutraceutical formula with customized nutrients for each client, including nutrient settings and protocol setup.
  • Organization setup: Add the ability to create a new organization with a unique access code. This organization will act as a group for clients. Additionally, you can now specify the percentage of product coverage to define the paid contribution between employers and employees for each purchase.

Enhancements:

  • Different nutraceutical protocol types: Add the ability to set up different types of nutraceuticals: high-dosage nutraceutical as prescription, standard, and formula.
  • Whitelist clients: Add a feature to create a list of pending users and restrict sign-ups to only those users, securing the system and preventing exploitation of company benefits.

Known Issues:

  • Appointment confirmation emails are being sent to clinicians instead of clients.

  • Products added to the covered product list are removed when deleted from Medusa.

  • Coverage at client checkout is not working correctly.

  • Adding nutrients and nutraceutical formula protocols to a health plan may cause some bugs.

  • Purchasing nutraceuticals as prescriptions is not generating an eRx.

  • The nutrient preview feature is not working as expected.

  • Issues with suspensions and cancellations related to organizational clients.

For Clients

Enhancements:

  • Search and sort function in order history: Clients can now search for an order by Order ID and sort orders from newest to oldest (and vice versa).
  • Order-related support: Clients can now send order-related feedback directly from the order details.
  • Plan UI upgrade: The UI has been updated to allow clients to adopt protocols at their own pace.
  • Order-related UI update: The UI has been modified to accommodate split payments between employers and employees.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue with logging in via Google or Apple, which required clients to enter an access code to complete the login process.
