Enhancements:
- Client sync timing updated: Client profiles now sync immediately after membership purchase instead of waiting until an appointment is booked — ensuring no client is left behind and everyone gets timely care.
- Appointment type logic improved: We’ve refined the logic for valid appointment types to better match clients with clinicians who have the right expertise, based on configurations from Healthie.
- Lab notes file names: Result files now have clearer, more informative names in lab notes.
- Health qualifiers upgrade: You can now drag & drop and easily re-organize conditions within or between groups — making setup faster and more intuitive.
For Clients
Enhancements:
- Sign-up flow refinement: To prevent mistakes during sign-up and ensure access codes aren’t missed, we now automatically detect employee profiles and activate the company-sponsored service seamlessly.
- Appointment wording updated: We’ve refreshed the appointment names to more clearly reflect the purpose of each visit — making it easier to understand what to expect.
- Junction integration: Fixed an issue where new users on Junction were created without a vital user ID — ensuring smooth integration.
