For Clinicians

Care Portal

Enhancements:

  • More powerful protocol configuration: Admins can now define targeted testing protocols, control recommendations with a “Do not recommend” option, and enforce biomarker age limits to ensure up-to-date lab data before allowing pharmaceutical purchases.

  • Improved reseller and product management: Reseller setup and configuration flows have been refined, including the ability to enable/disable available protocols and products, define baseline and annual panels, and fix issues with covered products and diagnostics billing types.

  • Enhanced health metric and pillar control: Clinician admins can now manage health pillar information directly, improving how health insights are structured across the system.

  • Cleaner and more consistent system experience: Terminology and branding have been standardized (e.g., “US Specialty Labs”), and protocol naming has been cleaned up by hiding internal annotations from user-facing views.

  • More reliable integrations and fulfillment: Willow Tree fulfillment integration has been implemented, and checkout calculations on web have been corrected to ensure accurate coverage and total payment values.

  • Improved diagnostics and testing workflows: Restricted testing protocols can now still be suggested when appropriate, and onboarding includes add-on test purchasing to better support diagnostic journeys.

For Clients

Mobile Application

Enhancements:

  • Smarter and safer checkout experience: State validation is now enforced across Shop and checkout—including ZIP code checks for Rx flows and at-home kits—ensuring you only purchase products that are valid for your location. Disallowed combinations and eligibility rules are also applied more consistently for a safer experience.

  • Smoother shopping journey: Cart and checkout flows have been refined with better navigation, improved UI for shopping bag and line items, and clearer category handling—defaulting to public categories when multiple options exist.

  • Improved onboarding and lab discovery: You can now search for labs and provide BMI inputs during onboarding, making it easier to find services and personalize your care from the start.

  • More flexible lab draw and testing flow: Booking lab draws after purchasing additional tests is now more seamless, and wording updates help clarify available testing options.

  • Enhanced results experience: Extra lab draw results are now visible, along with a new informational banner to provide additional context—helping you better understand your health data.

  • Better plan interaction: Clients can now track progress more flexibly with multiple check-ins for protocols, and product titles in plans now include your name for a more personalized experience.

  • Improved reliability and session handling: Login issues after session expiration have been resolved, ensuring you can securely access your account without disruption.

  • More stable telehealth experience: Clients can now properly end calls after clinicians disconnect, improving control and clarity during virtual visits.

  • Refined notifications and guidance: Unintended notifications triggered after form completion have been fixed, and unnecessary repeated prompts during Shop flows have been removed.
